1. Inspect and clean condenser coil.
2. Check actual/ voltage at compressor against manufacturer's rating
3. Tighten electrical connections.
4. Inspect Condenser contractor.
5. Inspect starting and running capacitors.
6. Check all safety controls.
7. Clean and inspect thermostat for proper calibration.
8. Check for proper refrigerant charge.
9. Lubricate condenser fan motors and inspect fan blade.
10. Inspect indoor blower motor and squirrel cage for cleanness, lubricate motor, check belt for tension, condition and alignment.
11. Check condensate drain and drain lines for blockage.
12. Check emergency drain pan and drain pan for blockage.
13. Inspect evaporation coil.
14. Check return air chases, ducts and filters.
15. Inspect accessible ductwork for air leaks.

1. Check voltage & breakers.
2. Check high limit safety disc & fusible links.
3. Check heating elements with AMP meter for proper current draw.
4. Check sequence control for proper operation.
5. Check electrical connections.
6. Clean and inspect thermostat for proper collaboration.
7. Check return air chases, ducts and filters.
8. Inspect indoor blower motor and squirrel cage for cleanness, lubricate motor, check belt for tension, condition and alignment.
9. Inspect accessible ductwork for air leaks.

Any cost of repair maintenance required as a result of vandalism, misuse, acts of war, terrorism, rioting, acts of god (including lightning, or casualty, such as fire or flood, is excluded any consequential damages as a result of maintenance or repair, or necessity thereof including, but not limited to, damage due to overflow of water, mildew, fire, freezing of pipes, shall be exclufed fram this agreement, and shall not be the responsibly of contractor unless due to contractor negligence or willful act of omission.
